RETURNS SHEET WITH DETAILS ENCLOSED IN ALL POSTED ORDERS

All returns and refunds are subject to a 14 day policy period after initial postage and must be in an unused condition with tags still attached, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned that violate this will be void of a refund .

Upon receiving the returned product you will receive a confirmation email , and we will begin the process by inspecting the product to validate the return and refund process.

We hold the right to withhold refunds if the product is not in its original condition

All refund will be credited to the original payment method or card used

Full refund may take up to 3-14 business days to be credited back 

Missing item 

When sending products back for refunds please ensure to use tracked mail to avoid lost goods as we will be unable to process refunds without receiving the product
